Leadership in the Secondary School
As a K-12 College, we provide a pathway for developing leaders to grow and use their gifts for the benefit of the College community. The College is developing the leaders of the future through a comprehensive program that provides support, training and education in leadership skills through all stages of schooling.
The College’s leadership development program continues through the Secondary Years. The interpersonal and organisational skills necessary for leadership are taught through explicitly structured curriculum. Students are given opportunities to perform leadership responsibilities throughout their Secondary Years culminating in the opportunity to apply for a leadership portfolio whenever they become ready.
