The following process applies to students wanting to enrol in Norwest Christian College. Please click here to enquire about Ngarra Christian College.
We have one central point of contact for all your enrolment enquiries regarding our Early Learning Centre, Primary or Secondary Years, or our Out of School Hours Care centre. You will be provided with all the information you need to discover our College and aid your decision.
We encourage you to read through our College Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), arrange a College tour, or come along to an on campus Open Day and speak with our students, parents and staff about our College community.
Please complete the Enrolment Enquiry Form and a member of our Enrolments Team will be in touch with you soon with all the information you need to discover the College and aid your decision.
When you are ready to make the next step and proceed with an application, please complete our online Application for Enrolment form for each child you wish to apply for.
A non-refundable $260 Application Fee is payable at the end of the online application for new families when they are applying to enrol their first child in the College, however, is not required for siblings of recently applied or currently enrolled students.
Please make sure you read our Conditions of Enrolment, Privacy Statement, Statement of Belief, Parent Code of Conduct, Student Code of Conduct, Fees and Scholarships and Location and Transport information prior to submitting your application.
Waitlisted applications will remain on the waitlist and automatically roll over each year until a place becomes available for an interview. Please note not all applications will proceed to interview.
Completed applications will be reviewed and assessed by our Enrolment Committee when an opportunity arises for an interview. Our Enrolments Team will contact families when their application has progressed to enrolment interview.
Once an application has progressed to enrolment interview, we will arrange a mutually convenient time for your family to meet with the relevant Head of Years and/or our Principal. Applying students must attend the enrolment interview.
Following the enrolment interview, families will be notified regarding the outcome of their interview. If successful in being offered a place for enrolment, a Letter of Offer will be sent to you along with an Enrolment Agreement and other required enrolment paperwork to review and complete by an advised date.
An Offer of Enrolment is accepted and secured when all the relevant enrolment paperwork is returned, including the signed Enrolment Agreement, by the advised date. An additional non-refundable $400 Enrolment Fee is also payable for new families when an Offer of Enrolment is accepted for their first child at the College, however, is not required for siblings of currently enrolled students. For new enrolments entering Year 7, a non-refundable bond of $1000 also applies which will subsequently be credited against school fees upon commencement.
Once we have processed your Offer of Enrolment acceptance, you will be sent Confirmation of Enrolment correspondence outlining commencement dates, orientation days, uniform fittings, and other pertinent details which will assist your child’s transition into the College Community.
